Wing Tsun Winter Seminar 2017

​Wing Tsun - Ireland are pleased to announce that the 2017 Winter seminar will take place in the Dunboyne school on Sunday the 19th of November. The seminar will be taught by Sifu Michael O'Leary who holds the rank of 4th Higher Grade. This is an open seminar and everyone is welcome regardless of experience. For those with no experience, the seminar will serve as an introduction to both Wing Tsun and self-defence while more advanced students will cover a specific topic on the day. 

Each seminar consists of four hours Wing Tsun and one hour of another martial art delivered by a guest instructor. To date we have had guest instructors teach Kali, Aikido, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and Choy Li Fut Kung Fu. For our winter seminar, we are pleased to announce that the guest instructor will be Sifu Paul Moran who will teach an hour of White Crane Kung Fu. Legend has it that White Crane is the ancestor of Wing Tsun with Ng Mui, Wing Tsun's founder being an expert in White Crane. Sifu Paul is the Irish representative for Yang's Martial Art Association (YMAA) and teaches White Crane along with Shaolin Long Fist, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Sanshou to adults and children in his full time academy in Deansgrange, Co. Dublin. 

Below is the schedule for the day. 
12-2pm: Wing Tsun
2-2.15pm: Break
2.15-3.15pm: White Crane
3.15-4pm: Break (And examinations)
4-6pm: Wing Tsun
